If you notice that the session is freezing, we recommend you to ask in the chat if someone else is having this issue, if the rest of the participants can listen to the session without any problems this indicates that the issue is in your own internet connection.


If your connection is bad, we recommend that you turn your camera off and move to the area of your house with the best connection. 


If you can't hear the session or other participants can't hear you, you need to reconfigure your devices. To do this, click on the little arrow on the side of the microphone and choose the microphone and speaker for your device.
